You are using an old jox.bst with a more recent version of jurabib.sty.
Make sure using the jox.bst file generated running jurabib.ins with latex.
Search for all jox.bst on your system and remove all of them.
Then recompile jurabib.ins and put the files into your local texmf
tree or to the appropriate places.

Did you run texhash?
