Actually, this is exactly what I need. I'm already using splitbib.sty to
divide primary and secondary sources, so the work doesn't bother me; as
long as \citeswithoutentry can handle 200 or so entries, then this will
be perfect. If it doesn't, then I'll be back. I'm embarrassed that I
missed it in the documentation, but heaps of thanks to the jurabib
author and community.
