TeXSetup problem ?

It seems there is a problem with TeXSetup.exe on specific
configurations. I have not been able to reproduce the problem myself
however, so I'm looking for help.

The problem is that when running "TeXSetup --add-package", at the stage
of displaying the tree of all packages, the tree controle either does
not display or is partially erased (white rectangle in the middle of
it).

I'm really curious to find out what could cause this display bug. So any
user able to reproduce this problem is welcome to report the machine
configuration to me.
