... and I forgot to update the logtext, so the new release got the text
"WH: added test file enc_utf8x.tex"
Instead, it should have got the text
"WH: changed MIME types for plaintext files"

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the logtext in svn after 
having committed the update, because a required hook script is not 
(yet) implemented by sourceforge.

I submitted a feature request for that, but it seems that the one who 
is responsible for that at SF hasn't checked his tracker for quite 
some time as there are 3 more unassigned requests for the same feature.
