This should have been implemented, but I never got around to doing it.

We should decide on a default set of styles eventually.  Let's use  
'Body Text' as the style for normal text paragraphs.  Others, like  
'Figure Caption' or 'Table' can come later.

I think that is to accommodate style.cfg.  I may be wrong, but  
latex2rtf emits a default set of styles, and then the styles found in  
style.cfg.  The later ones take precedence.

I would like to release a new version before getting into the style  
stuff.  Completing the style stuff would be sufficient to warrant a  
new release all by itself.

So what needs to be done before creating a new release?  Just  
documentating stuff?
