Release candidate for latex2rtf

Hey all,

I finally decided that enough is enough.  I created a tarball, tagged  
the svn (r657), and uploaded a release.

Please download and test.  If there are no problems, then I will post  
this on SourceForge

Still need to put together a set of release notes....

Hopefully the next release will not take two years.
