I tested it and it seems to be OK.

While testing, I found that the test file "report.tex" was buggy.
It contained the command "\tableoffigures" which LaTeX doesn't understand.
It must instead read "\listoffigures", which also =

is correctly implemented in latex2rtf.

I also added two test files for option =

"\doublespace", which seems to work, even in the =

references list, while table entries are not affected.
