I've done some more reading on rtf, style sheets, and double spacing.
I think my double spacing should be relatively safe for the short
term. Longer term, I've got some ideas for adding support for styles,
which I don't think will be too complicated. Given the imminent
release of a new version, should we consider a 'feature freeze' while
final debugging goes on? 

Also, are there any particular documentation targets we should be
working on? I'm working through the texinfo manual so that I can at
least understand the format. Should all new features be included in
the info manual, or just major changes?
