Getting closer to 1.9.15

I have cleared most of the submitted patches and feature requests.  This
version has a couple of useful enhancements over previous versions

1) You do not need to explicitly use extensions with \includegraphics

\includegraphics{foo}

will try to find foo with an extension that it can handle.  This should
help when you have want to use both pdflatex and latex (one handles .pdf
and the other .eps) files.

2) %latex2rtf: text to be included only in the latex2rtf conversion.
This will also facilitate those awkward situations when the latex2rtf
output is subpar and you need to define or redefine commands as very
simple analogs of those used in the latex file

3) \begin{comment} ... \end{comment}
This is supported even when the verbatim package is not used.  This 
allows
one to comment out problematic portions of latex code by using
%latex2rtf: \begin{comment}
some hairy latex macros
%latex2rtf: \end{comment}

4) -f0, -f1, -f2, and -f3 command line switches
These allow one to suppress the use of fields in the RTF output. Word
can interpret the RTF \field commands, but not all RTF parsers.  These
switches allow one to avoid the use of internal cross-referencing.

A bunch of other stuff that I forget.
