Getting ready for 1.9.15

Wilfried,

I spent a couple of hours tonight applying patches that had been 
contributed
and fixing bugs that have been submitted to SourceForge.  It is about 
time to
think about a new latex2rtf release.

Do you (or anyone else) have any blockers or must have features?
I can only think of some documentation updates and some release notes.

*** Added %latex2rtf: as an interpreted comment.  Now you can include 
text that
     is only intended to be parsed by the latex2rtf converter.  Thanks to
