Hi, I have to translate some rather extensive documentation written in LaTex to Word, and I thought that Latex2RTF should take care of (most of) the translation. However, 1.9.14 made illegible text for TextEdit on the OS X. The (still beta?) version worked, somewhat. Tables still did not get read by TextEdit, most of the other stuff did. (The table problem seems to have something to do with braces). However the main problem I have is that the style-attributes in LaTeX are not translated to style attributes in RTF, allthough there is a stylesheet included. Are there any plans to add stylesheet attributes to the translator? EG: chapter would be translated to heading 1, section to heading 2, itemize to bulletlist etc. It would also be nice to have the possible to included ones own stylesheets that would amend the standard stylesheet for that specific item, ie a bulletlist with the own specific character as a bullet. I tried to make some additions to the preamble.c module to make it possible to include ones own stylesheet, fonttable and some other extra's, but I got stuck because adding my own fonttable seemed to break the conversion. Also I do not know where to start to add the stylesheet specifics. Does this require a complete rewrite or is it easier once one knows it's way around the source code? If there are any plans in that direction I would like to contribute in any way I can. -johan Johan Henselmans http://www.netsense.nl Tel: +31-20-6267538 Fax: +31-20-6273852 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials.
