Small bugs in latex2rtf 1.9.15

I've just compiled and tried latex2rtf 1.9.15 on Linux. It works much better 
for tables than 1.9.14. Thanks for all the work.

1) There is a small bug in 1.9.14 that is still present in 1.9.15. After a 
title and the \maketitle command, the first paragraph is centered in the RTF 
file and note justified. I paste here a small file.

laïcs

2) Could \makeatother be added to ignore.cfg ?

3) I have problems with spaces and punctuation marks in the RTF file. 
rtf2latex adds 2 normal spaces after a fullstop (.) and a colon (:). Is it 
possible to configure it to have only one normal space. Even better, would be 
to have the possbility to configure the type of spaces before and after a 
punctuation mark in the country .cfg files. French typographical rules are 
the following :

[comma] 		<no space>,<normal space>
[semi colon] 	<unbreakable space>:<normal space>
[colon] 		<unbreakable space>;<normal space>
[full stop]		<no space>.<normal space>
[<<] 		<normal space> << <unbreakable space>
[>>] 		<unbreakable space> >> <normal space>

I know that English rules are a little bit different (no space before a colon 
and a semi colon)
