Well it currently reads (in Allen and Carifio, 1995b, chap. 3 ; , 1995a, chap. 3 ) instead of (in Allen and Carifio, 1995b,a, chap. 3) which is sufficiently complicated that I will leave it for a future latex2rtf version to fix.
