Latex2rtf 1.9.16 enhances support for different bibliography styles
and fixes a some security holes.

Security:
A complete audit of potential security flaws has not been done.
Obvious flaws have been fixed but, latex2rtf is not, and will
probably never be a filter that can be trusted with translating
code from malicious sources.
Bibliography:
There are several LaTeX style packages that add additional
LaTeX commands to enhance bibliographic formatting.
Latex2rtf now supports the following bibliographic packages:
apacite, apalike, authordate, harvard, natbib (also with apanat1b).
These packages have many, many options that are supported and
probably quite a few that are not translated correctly.
Eastern European Codepages:
Support has been added for latin2/cp1250/cp852. Using cp1251
just is not a viable option when you need some characters ;-)

but most of
the simple commands are supported.
Patch by Jason Copenhaver to fix problem with statically allocated
buffer in
expandmacro. (I do not think that the other files touched by this

work-around for newer versions, but that does not work with older
version...
