Thanks Laurent. That one I already tried in the past. But it's a little
bit annoying to click on something to appear. I think that will break
the dynamics of the presentation.    

Is another strange difference of acroread between operating systems.
Maybe we can tell adobe to change the name of PDF to PPDF ("possible"
portable document format!).
