please post a _minimal_ example with the overlays that do not work
and mark them with a comment so that we know what to focus on. The
only overlays that I see now are on the first slide, but the numbers
you use there are hard coded 1st, 2nd etc. and can never be wrong.

Short, the problem is unreproducible. I am looking forward to a
more detailed example (wrt to the overlays), excluding unnecessary
packages and slides. I hope to be able to help you then.
