There is indeed a notorious problem with LaTeX macros using
\item (since prosper redefines it). But that would lead to
text not being displayed or only from some overlay. That
effect does not appear here. The effect does however appear
when we change prosper to article and change the slide to
\clearpage. This means that there is a peculiar interaction
between standard LaTeX and pstricks. I wouldn't call it a
bug since I don't know if this behavior is meant to be or not.

Indeed, because the logo is inserted in the style file so
becomes part of the `background' and not of the text. Good
