Numbering formulas and changing fonts

Hello everybody,
I am trying to find a solution to these three problems, but I couldn't
find one so far:

1) numbering of formula's: when I use slides made by overlays, and a
formula appears for example on the first of them, then its
number increases in subsequent overlays. Is it possible to have always
the same number?

2) when I use \item followed by for example \begin{theorem}, il testo
the text of the theorem is one line below the bullet (in default style)
instead than on the same line of the bullet. Is it possible to obviate
to this?

3) I am using default style, but I don't like the font used for text. I
would like to change it with the one used in autumn style. I have read
that it is possible to do this with the \FontText command, but I
haven't understood correctly its syntax, and how to find a list of font
names to pass as an argument to the command.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Bye,
           Riccardo
