Again about numbering: \saveCtr and HA-Prosper

Hello again to everybody,
following previous suggestions I have used the \saveCtr{equation}
to keep the numbering of equations consistent also when using different
overlays inside a single slide.
But I have discovered that if you use it more than 10 times, then you
get an error in compilation (at least with tetex; an example is
attached):
! LaTeX Error: No counter '0' defined
With HA-prosper the problem doesn't appear anymore, but number
preserving features is enabled by default only for equation, figure and
table; I have just added analogous lines for theorem in HA-prosper.dtx
to have it working for theorems too, maybe it could be an idea to add a
feature that lets the user choose for which environments he wants number
preservation.
