I really don't know a good way to handle \onlySlide* and others. It is

If you have some propositions about this, please don't bother to send it 
to me: I will be very pleased to see how I can implement it in ppr-prv. 
But, I doubt I can have a global solution without introducting some 
complexity in the way to express what ppr-prv should do. In that case, 
you will lose the "perfect" ;-) compatibility between (HA-)prosper and 
ppr-prv.
