Sorry, I was mistaken. The problem comes from the fact that prosper
changes the font for text, but not for math. Hence the math font
is one with other dimensions. I think the best way to deal with this
is to delete font definitions from the font commands, leaving only
a color and a size in there and leaving font selection to specialized
packages as mathpazo. So one could say:
\usepackage{mathpazo}
\FontText
{\fontsize{12.4pt}{12pt}\selectfont\black}
{\fontsize{12.4pt}{12pt}\selectfont\black}
which works nicely.
