installation problem again

Dear Hendri and Prosper users,

I have prosper installation questions again. I have followed all the
steps that you advised some time earlier and that Jing Li (one of prosper users) 
later explained she did. Still it does not work for me.

I have an XP platform, and use WinEdt with MikTeX 2.4 which I just updated
from its official webpage. I have then used MikTeX package manager to
install prosper and pstricks and xcolor and seminar. Prosper package
landed up in the C:\texmf\tex\prosper directory and so did other packages.
prosper-tour.tex file has been put in the C:\texmf\doc\latex\prosper
directory. I have tried to run it from there and it did but MiKTex
required prosper to be installed again and it did it by itself in the
directory C:\texmf\tex\latex\prosper. After that I got a dvi file
apparently with something outside of the page. I have converted dvi to
pdf file and got 19 empty pages of the document. Please let me know what
else I can do in order to install package or make it work properly,
