I want to install Prosper, but I cant

Hello:
I wanna be a prosper user. I got confused installing it in my pc(I use WinEdt). I downloaded it. If I extract, I see all of those in prosper (self-created) directory. According to http://www.ctan.org install-help, I can put all those files (extracted) in the indicated folders(c:\localtexmf\...) and I have done the 'Refresh' from the MikTex Options|General|Refresh Now.

After it, I have tried to do Latex in a file, but it gives the following error.

Class prosper error: unknow prosper style file: PPRmpa.sty.

This is what I wanted to run!
