Hi Tomario,

Your prosper style is PPRmpa.sty. It is not part of
propser packages. If you have this PPRmpa.sty and
associated logo file, put it in the same directory
where the source document. It should works.
example is 

D:\directory\Example.tex
D:\directory\PPRmpa.sty
D:\directory\logo.eps
