PNG loading time

Hi all,

loading PNG images seems to be very slow in TL 2025 / Linux.
Just test-loading images directly with libpng gives far better speeds
(which is also not surprising), but pdflatex sometimes takes seconds
for a single image.

Is this a problem with the particular libpng image we use in TL2025,
or with surrounding code in graphic(xs)?
