Subject: Suggestions on the `fmtuitl` and `updmap`'s terminal information?
The related link is: https://tug.org/texlive/scripts-sys-user.html

And the original case is my question(answer): https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/760050/322482

Without the knowledge above, when user have run `updmap-user`, the following happened:

The limited height of terminal windows would roll the WARNING message up:

```
*************************************************************
*                                                           *
* WARNING: you are switching to updmap's per-user mappings. *
*         Please read the following warnings!               *
*                                                           *
*************************************************************
```

It would be easily to be ignored. As cfr commented at here https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/760036/how-to-manually-install-packages-in-a-standard-texmf-directory-structure#comment1896280_760050 :

> put a WARNING: There is a WARNING above. to the output

Is that possible to add some reminds to warn the users better?

Best wishes!
