Missed Pretest?

Over at the Gregorio project we’ve been dealing with some last minute regressions that are blocking our planned submission to the TeX Live 2026 Pretest.  One of our other developers is working on the regressions, but I’m also looking back at our commit history to try and figure out where we might have a reasonable freeze that could be submitted sooner.  When is the last point where we can expect a submission to reach TeX Live 2026?  Have we missed it completely already (in which case, we’ll focus on making sure we’ve got the fix and go with an out-of-channel release) or is there a chance of getting something into TeX Live 2026 if I can identify and pull out a working build from before the regression issues?
