update-tlmgr-latest.sh installs a too new version of the scripts

Hi,

If you try to upgrade texlive 2025 to 2026 following the instructions, 
after having run

sh update-tlmgr-latest.sh -- --upgrade

you remain with a broken distro because

tlmgr update --self

reports

tlmgr: Remote database at 
https://ctan.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet
(revision 78213 of the texlive-scripts package)
seems to be older than the local installation
(revision 78221 of texlive-scripts);

Please either downgrade the texlive-scripts that get installed with the 
update-tlmgr-latest.sh script or upgrade those in the repo.

Note that it is not that I am using a mirror that has not yet updated. 
The problem seems to be in the original copy that gets mirrored.
