    - "sudo ./install-tl" runs both
    mtxrun --generate
    mtxrun --luatex --generate

Yes, both install-tl and tlmgr run the same commands when context is
installed or update. For the record, it's the function
update_context_cache in tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm.

    I just wonder whether the following is normal.
