Hi,

https://contrib.texlive.info/

has a link at the bottom:

The tlcontrib packages are kept in a git repository and the tlmgr repo is
built from it after changes. The web interface is:
https://git.texlive.info/tlcontrib.

The link gives me a "403 Forbidden".

Has the ability to get non-free stuff been removed by freedom fanatics
hacking texlive.info?
