A question about your shell scripts...
They have --synctex=1.
When I try that with LMTX (using the Context Standalone distribution, but,
as Max points out, that should be pretty much identical to TL2026), I get
no synctex output file. (I do with either of --synctex or --synctex=repeat.)
Does --synctex=1 work (to create a .synctex file) with LMTX on your system?
I am talking about the case where a source file does *not* have
\setupsynctex[state=start,method=min]
or similar.
