Although I know nothing about Apple Macintoshes, I think that the second line is the clue — you would appear to be running a rather old version of the Apple Macintosh operating system (darwin 13.7), but the update procedure requires you to be running the more recent MacOSX. -- Philip Taylor -------- On 03/04/2026 20:43, Ann Cowling wrote: This email originated from outside Royal Holloway.
