Running a monthly update today on my tl2026 installation under FreeBSD,
I got:

  tlmgr: inconsistency on (one of) the server(s): https://mirrors.rit.edu/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet
  tlmgr: tlp for package fonts-tlwg cannot be found, please report.

and then

  tlmgr: inconsistency on (one of) the server(s): https://mirrors.rit.edu/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet
  tlmgr: tlp for package luatexja cannot be found, please report.

doing as I was told.
