ftp.tug.org down?

In TeX Live Utility, I've used, e.g.,

ftp://ftp.tug.org/historic/systems/texlive/2025/tlnet-final/

to provide a fallback for users with old TeX Live versions. It's now refusing connections, so I wonder if this is temporary or if it's been decommissioned. In the latter case, is there another historic repo?
