OK, that's what I needed to know. I only noticed because users have been
filing bug reports.

Absolutely, but ftp.tug.org was the only source of historic repos when I
added this fallback feature in September 2010. Since it's been working
for the last 15 years, I've had no reason to look for another solution.

Thanks to Nelson and others for mirroring it. I'll push a new TLU out.
