Hi everyone,

I would like to know if there is an official policy or ongoing
discussion within the TeX Live / CTAN community regarding the
distribution of packages that have been written, either completely or
partially, using generative AI tools.

To give a concrete example, I am currently developing a package called
"pourbaix", which aims to facilitate the drawing of Pourbaix diagrams.
Part of its code has been generated with the help of AI, and the
repository can be found here: https://github.com/cjorssen/pourbaix

The package is still under active development, but as I am considering
its potential future distribution on CTAN and inclusion in TeXLive, I
would like to know if there are any specific guidelines, restrictions,
or disclosure requirements for authors who submit packages containing
AI-generated code or documentation.

Thank you in advance for your time and for any insights you can provide.

Best regards,
