Dear Alaa El-Kadri,
Are you sure that Miktex 2.9 is (well) installed? You ought to follow
the suggestions given by Christian Schenk: see
http://miktex.org/2.9/setup. After installing it, you need to update
it. If the Miktex installation is in order, then Winedt finds the
required latex files. In addition to the standard folders created
during the default installation you can create a ``localtexmf'' folder
in which you write your own ``input files'', i.e. those which you want
or need to use in one or more of your source files. For more
explanation see e.g. TeX Compilation: step-by-step guide in Winedt Help.

Hello,
By facing the same problem I meant that when I try to compile the file

attached is the file I am trying to compile - from the WinEdt I press
PDF Latex
or PDF Tex. But I got the following in the command promote

Also, When I go to start menu -->MikTex --> maintenance --> settings
(Admin) -->
Packages, and I put the cursor on any of the packages, the message says
not
installed.
Can you please tell me how to fix this one. I will see the links in you

but if you have an answer, I would be thankful because I have to start
writing
with it.
