Hi!

I think from the start Alaa said that the problem is "not 
installed packages",... that he started with 2.9 and went to 
2.7 to try another solution. He also sayd that the packages 
are marked as not installed.

He sayd that he made an installation of a complete MikTeX.

I have the same problem for someone I have to help:
packages not installed, but they exist as tpm files in the 
miktex folders and no possibility to install the packages 
from the package manager, some name even do not appear. The 
system was installed by somebody else, as often in 
university environment.

So, how to get a full install when one ask for it and how to 
get a full install when one first ask for a basic system and 
want to get a full.

The new system manager install/private install is difficult 
to follow when several persons have to take care of work.
