Then it is not a minimal example. A minimal example is a small
document which *demonstrates* an error, not an arbitrary small
document not related to the problem. 

Cut down your package list/document body until you have a real
minimal example. Then ask your question on a better list/group like
comp.text.tex or texhax as it is not a miktex specific question.
