Then the problem is almost certainly your anti-virus product, not MiKTeX. You refer to it as "Premium Security Suite" - does that mean you get support from them? It's possible that by reporting the issue, they can update the signatures and scanning engine for their product to stop the interference. It's not uncommon for programs to recommend disabling anti-virus scanners during installation. Alternatively, you could obtain a more professional anti-virus/anti-spyware product which doesn't false positive on a widely-used installer.
