Hi 
if you notice the title of the bar where you should browse a folder,it is
"The folder to install from" so you shouldn't enter the place where you want
to install MiKTeX, instead you should enter the path to the folder that
MiKTeX is using during the installation, which is a folder naming "Miktex"
and you should have it with your setup.exe file. 
Hope it works=)
