frenchle.sty, french.sty, arabic and language.dat in MiKTeX 2.9

A problem arose by a french user of MikTeX as he tried to use french.sty or frenchle.sty under MikTeX 2.9. The problem is solved in the new versions of french.sty anf frenchle.sty. The problem arose because of a particularity of these styles, having a rapid switch \<language> to change to language <language>. As the version 2.9 of MikTek defines in language.dat the language "arabic" for arabic, (arabic speaking people prefer arabi, but ...), these two styles had the very bad habit to redefine \arabic to make it a language switch. Now french.sty and frenchle.sty to be found under the denomination e-french define the switch \arabicLang to rapidly change the language (and hyphenations).
