You don't give enough details. You have a "permission denied" error
which means that pathes (where is the file?), account details (are
you user or admin?) and compilation details are important.

But some general advices:

Don't use spaces in file names. That's only asking for trouble. 
Don't save documents in the Miktex-trees. 
If something doesn't work: Don't use texify for tests, use pdflatex
-- at best in a command window.
