Re: problem with reference

1- Change plainnat to unsrtnat  (Unsrt means unsorted, or by order of
appearance)
2- Check if ref2 is cited at a figure or tabular environment.

The second one happened to me, and looks like MiKTeX order references not
exactly by the appeareance on the text, but first references on figure
captions, then tabular captions, and after all by the appearance on the
text.
