Could you fill a bug report?

As I explained earlier, I also updated miktex this morning, so it doesn't  
work now.
I've tried to fill a bug report twice  
(https://sourceforge.net/p/miktex/bugs/)
but sourceforge place responds with an error.
Last bug report is from 7 days ago.

Could anybody fill a bug report explaining the problem with this last  
update?

In any case, I'm sure Mr Schenck will solve the problem as soon as  
possible.
