USB vs Network MikTex portable

Hi,

I am generating a PDF document in R using Sweave and Latex on a USB key and everything works fine (R and portable MikTex on the USB key).

If I transfer the same configuration to a network drive the system will run R but will not generate the PDF file. Seems like portable MikTex cannot be found on the network drive.

Do you know about this problem (different behaviour on USB and network) and how to fix?
