Update wizard uses backslash and forward slash in path

I try to update miktex 2.9 but all I get is this:

Permission denied:  
C:\ProgramData\MiKTeX\2.9\miktex/data/le\5c9c2effd97adbeacc8bf220bf73149c.fndb

Where can I fix the path?
