None of them. If etex.sty is really missing on the computer with
miktex then install with the miktex package manager the
miktex-etex-base-2.9 package (if you have miktex 2.9).

If etex.sty is missing on the other computer then it depends on the
tex system there what you should do. 

But I doubt that installing etex.sty will solve your problem. None
of your error messages suggested that etex.sty is really missing. 

etex.sty is *not the same* as an etex (extended tex) engine!
