I am not sure if this is by design or something I have done incorrectly.

I installed MiKTeX 2.9 onto a Windows XP system. That all went fine. I
am using it in conjunction with "TeXstudio 2.6.2".

In TeXstudio, when I right-click on a package name, the option, "Open
Package Documentation (pkg name)" is displayed. Most of the time, the
documentation is displayed in English, my native language. However, on
many of the packages, it is displayed in some other language. I checked
on CTAN, and those packages do contain English documentation.

Did I do something wrong when I installed MiKTeX or perhaps TeXstudio,
or is this just the nature of the beast?

Thanks for your assistance.
