Re: Package Documentation Language

 Good time of the day!

I met just the same problem. All attempts to resolve it failed.
One would dig deeply into MikTeX (or probably Win7 ?) internals.
So I had to download and install MikTeX 2.9. Fortunately it appeared 
to be compatible with WinEdt 5.x. Also I downloaded the whole 
package database (about 2GB) to avoid communication problems 
in the future.
